Refund Policy
Returns:
To be eligible for a return, you must email support@dingledongle.io within 30 days of purchase and the products must be returned unused, and in the same condition that you received it. If this criteria is not met, we will deny your refund. This includes the original packaging.
Return Postage/Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The cost of shipping is final sale, and will not be refunded upon receipt of the return.
It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.
What do I do if I have received a faulty item?
If you think you have received an item with a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item to the one ordered – please email our Customer Service team as soon as possible at support@dingledongle.io and attach clear photos of the fault you are seeing. Faulty items must be brought to the attention of Dingle Dongle within 30 days of receipt of product. Faulty products must be returned within 15 days of first correspondence. If the product is found to have a manufacturing fault upon receipt of the return, we will make it right and deploy a new unit. If it is discovered the returned unit has been abused, neglected, misused, modified or suffered physical damage, we have to unfortunately deny the return.
